By accessing our website or commissioning Migs Styling Production for your event, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our website, materials, and production services.

All event styling and production commissions are subject to availability and require a signed contract and non-refundable retainer fee to secure the date. Quotations provided are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.

All design concepts, proposals, sketches, and website content (including photography and branding) are the exclusive intellectual property of Migs Styling Production. They may not be reproduced, copied, or shared with third-party vendors without explicit written consent.

Migs Styling Production is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from event circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, venue restrictions, or force majeure). Clients are responsible for any damages to rental inventory caused by guests during the event.
